Gao Ming is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Nuclear Science and Energy Power, Shandong University, where he also serves as the Department Head of Energy and Power Engineering and Director of the Shandong Provincial Engineering Research Center for High-Efficiency Energy Storage and Hydrogen Utilization. He completed postdoctoral research in Mechanical Engineering at Shandong University (2008-2010) and was a visiting scholar at the University of Manchester, UK (2014-2015). Professor Gao's research focuses on hydrogen energy and advanced energy storage technologies, including solid-state hydrogen storage, proton exchange membrane fuel cells, and energy-saving systems for industrial applications. He has led over 20 national and provincial research projects, supported by major enterprises such as China Energy Group and Sinopec, and has published more than 130 papers while holding 30 authorized patents. Recognized as a leading talent in Shandong Province and Jinan City, he has received numerous honors, including three Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards and the Shandong Higher Education Institution Science and Technology Award.
