Lucia Lara

Lucia is a Munich-based project manager and ecosystem builder at TUM Venture Lab Climate & Circular Economy, where she supports researchers and founders in transforming climate, energy, water, and circular-economy innovations into scalable startups. Originally from Guatemala and now in Germany, she combines a background in bioeconomy and industrial engineering with hands-on experience in venture programs, tech scouting, and multi-stakeholder project leadership.​ Her work focuses on guiding early-stage teams through problem–solution fit, sharpening value propositions, and connecting them with industry partners, investors, and international networks across the climate-tech and energy-transition ecosystem. Lucia also hosts a sciencepreneurship segment in the Entrepreneurial Realities podcast, interviewing founders and CEOs that are creating impact.
